Notes on finding the information for the fields above:

  • Operating System: Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties from the menu.
  • Palm OS: Click the Applications icon (the picture of the house), tap the menu button, choose App->Info, click the Version button at the bottom of the screen, and send the Palm OS software version.
  • PocketEMR: Run PocketEMR. From the menu choose Help->About and send the entire version number.
