template cannot address each users preferences, we have
devised a few methods to increase our templates, our
customizations and overall usability.

1. For an additional fee you can purchase a license to
our template creator. This creator will allow the end-user
to enter the data that would like to appear within the
Pocket H&P solution, press one button and recreate the chief
compliant fields for the needs of your organization and
specialty. |

2. It is our intention to provide our users with as
many options as possible when using our application.
Due to the fact that hundreds of chief complaints exist, we
would be more than willing to work with our end-users in
creating additional chief complaints. Please
